CANCELLATION POLICY

A debit or credit card is required to book all appointments. 24 hours of notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment or 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

At this time, masks are optional for clients and stylists. If your service provider isn’t already wearing a mask, they will be happy to put one on at any request. 

Please reschedule if you have been exposed to anyone with COVID, if you are coming down with any COVID related symptoms or if anyone in your household is currently sick.

We implement proper sanitation practices before, during, and after each service. Additionally, we have a medical grade air purifier between the styling stations.

PARKING

There are a few free 2 hour street parking spots in front of the salon on 8th. Additionally, there is free longer term parking available along the residential side streets near the salon. 

RUNNING LATE

Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
